🌴 Ingredients:
1 Coconut Milk (330ml) - VICO rich
1 Coconut Cream (330ml) - VICO rich
Coconut Milk Powder - Wildly Organic (@wildlyorganicco)
Vegan Yogurt Starter Culture - Bear Greeks (@bear_greeks)
🍴 Materials:
Yogurt Maker - Bomann (@bomann_official)
Yogurt Strainer - Bear Greeks (@bear_greeks)
800ml Container
🪄 Let's Make Some Magic! 🪄
Mix It Up: Combine the Coconut Milk, Coconut Cream, 1 or 2 tablespoons of Coconut Milk Powder, and 1 Vegan Yogurt Starter in a bowl. Stir it all up until it's smooth and dreamy.
Fermentation Fun: Pour the mixture into your Yogurt Maker and let it ferment for 10 hours at 40-45°C (104-113°F). Watch the magic happen! ✨
Chill Time: After 10 hours, pop it into the refrigerator for 1 or 2 days. Patience is key here – the longer you wait, the yummier it gets! 😏
Strain and Shine: After chilling, pour your yogurt into the Yogurt Strainer (skip the presser) and let it chill for another 1 or 2 days in the fridge. (In my video, I let it sit for 2 days, and it was perfect!)
And just like that, you have the most delicious, creamy, dreamy homemade vegan coconut yogurt!
